JAMES N. FLOYD, SR.
After graduating from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Jim attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Antonio, Texas and received his JD in 1991. He has been admitted to practice law before all Texas State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, Tarrant County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County. He is a fellow in the Tarrant County Bar Association. Mr. Floyd has been recognized by his peers and the judiciary by receiving the highest possible rating for legal ability ethical standards from 2003 through 2016. Mr. Floyd is an AV Preeminent Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Floyd has tried over 70 cases to successful jury verdicts.
He is married, has three children and an adopted child. He is a member and deacon of Christ Chapel Bible Church in Fort Worth, Texas.
