ATTORNEY’S FEES:
The Floyd Firm handles cases with a variety of fee structures, including an hourly rate, contingent rate, a flat fee and/or retainer. Depending upon the client’s needs and the type of case, we are flexible and willing to make the pursuit or defense of a worthy lawsuit feasible to any client. We accept major credit cards, i.e. Visa and MasterCard. The first initial conference is free.
REFERRAL FEES:
We pay referral fees. We do not advertise. Some of our work comes from other attorneys whom we pay a referral fee. We are well-versed in referral rules and will keep you involved as much as you want to be.
